P series Harmonic Joint Actuator Low-Temperature Test Case
2026-04-21
The video below showcases the low-temperature performance test of our P20 harmonic joint actuator. To simulate extreme working conditions, the module was placed in a -20°C temperature chamber overnight for a full cold-soak test. After remaining in the low-temperature environment for an extended period, the module was started and operated at an initial speed of approximately 0.9 rpm to ensure smooth and stable startup. As the internal components gradually warmed up during operation, the running speed was increased step by step through staged acceleration until normal operating performance was reached. This test fully demonstrates that the P series harmonic joint module can operate reliably in environments as low as -20°C, making it suitable for applications requiring stable performance under harsh low-temperature conditions.
